At the enterprise

At the site 

ANKER performs/critiques/optimizes the basic design of the industrial site, starting with the assessment/constraints/regional sensitivity of the land mass and concludes with a fully integrated site master plan design that promotes sustainable site objectives and yet still incorporates flexibility for future expansion and product potential. To complement the master plan, we develop logistics plans which identify bottlenecks and eliminate risks in successive phases of site development.

At the process - ANKER evaluates both the physical and operational design of a given process to optimize the leverage of technology, automation, and human capital across first and life cycle costs. By bringing a commissioning and qualification perspective to the design phase, ANKER provides design-build-validate execution approach to deliver certainty to Client schedule, cost and function.

Owner’s Risk and Readiness Reviews

ANKER understands the importance of mitigating potential risks to Clients. As such, part of the Owner’s Risk and Readiness Review focuses on major risks to the investment case, provides gap analysis, risk list and mitigation plans and enables the team to evaluate appropriate best practices, complete the correct tasks and validate key start-up deliverables.

Maintenance Readiness

ANKER supports Clients in the development of comprehensive maintenance programs that implement reliability practices, drive top reliablereliable maintenance performance, confirms desired reliability levels for plant equipment, optimizes spare parts investment and orients the maintenance team for start-up, ramp-up and ongoing operations.

Systems Readiness
